Rebranding an Organization to Better Reflect Its Mission

Overview

In the summer of 2022, I worked as a web communications manager at Spero Careers Canada (SCC), leading the rebranding of their not for profit initiatives "SocialliiASD" (SASD) and "Autism Job Club" (AJC) with accessibility in mind, establishing the two under a single identifiable entity. During my time at SCC, I curated and promoted relevant content for SASD and AJC's various social media audiences, and developed a complete brand identity guideline both their online and physical presence in order to ensure future brand clarity and consistency.
